This boutique new development lies in the heart of the Opera Quarter at Covent Garden.
Here the Board of Directors were concerned to ensure all statutory testing and compliance was being performed and to have a competent managing agent to engage with the building’s original developer to resolve the outstanding building defects and snagging issues.
Within six months of appointment most of the issues were resolved with new maintenance contracts in place for all the building’s facilities such as lift maintenance, fire alarm and door entry. We have attended to the exterior façade cleaning and ensuring the appearance of the building is to a high quality at all times.
