Fitzrovia Mansion Block

This estate is made up of three buildings which have formed a Right to Manage (RTM) company and in 2013 approached Bruton Street Management in need of a higher level of service and advice than their existing managing agent were able to provide. Fitzrovia has experienced a strong amount of growth recently, and has some exciting developments and transport infrastructure advancements, such as Crossrail, to look forward to.

The issues with the previous managing agent included:

-          Lack of property inspections -          Unresponsive to problems and enquiries -          No forward planning -          Slow response to urgent works -          Remote from property -          No Partner level service -          Directors had to spend their time managing the block

 Since being appointed, Bruton Street Management have successfully completed the following:

-          Iron railings fully restored (previously a rusted and broken eyesore) -          New shrubs and planters installed in front of each entrance providing a smart entrance to each building -          Cleaning program was intensified -          A 10 year maintenance program was agreed alongside appropriate reserve fund collection -          CCTV was installed on site and quickly aided in resolving an issue with fly tipping on the estate. -          External entrance lobby refurbishment and new entrance hall lighting

 Bruton Street Management was appointed despite much higher fees based on a well conducted proposal to address the property issues and provide a high level of service to RTM board and leaseholders.

The property is undoubtedly a much more pleasant and desirable residence and accordingly values are now expected to rise sharply.
